The pan is ovenproof up to 260 ° C, has an optimal heat distribution and withstands the use of metal utensils. In order to enjoy the pan for a long time, it is recommended to always wash / maintain it with conventional detergents and you should avoid that the pan heats up / cools down very quickly.

During the manufacturing process, recycled aluminum is first melted and then hand-filled into molds before the pans and pots are pressed at 250 tons of pressure. This unique die-casting process ensures even heat distribution, guaranteeing a superior cooking experience. Exceptional quality and high standards in the production process do not come by chance - they are the result of years of experience and first-class expertise. Many of SCANPAN's employees have been working on the production floor for 20 years and therefore have valuable know-how and excellent knowledge with regard to production methods and quality controls.
