All indicated prices include the Swiss value added tax (7.7%). The prices shown in the store are inclusive of all costs.
Shipping partners and forwarding delivery
Parcel shipping
Standard parcels are always shipped with the Swiss Post or with DHL. If you need the tracking number of your order, please contact us at info@bloomingloft.ch or call +41 44 592 57 17.
Freight forwarding
For larger and bulky parcels/furniture where a normal parcel shipment is not possible or the ordered item has a high risk of breakage, your order will be delivered by our shipping partner. The delivery by forwarding agency is basically free of charge for you. As soon as your order is ready for shipment, the Swiss forwarding agent will contact you to arrange a delivery date. In the case of large furniture, delivery is always free of charge to the place of use.
Additional services such as unpacking and disposal of packaging, furniture assembly or disposal of old furniture, you can arrange directly during the appointment with the carrier and settle with the carrier. Please note: The freight forwarder does not perform electrical assemblies (such as installation of lamps, etc.).
Prices for additional service:
- Unpacking and disposal of packing material CHF 30
- Two-man assembly of furniture per 20 minutes CHF 40.-
- Disposal of old furniture only in connection with a delivery of new furniture (should correspond in type and size to the delivered goods) CHF 55.-
Delivery times
We will process your order as soon as possible. The respective delivery time of the product, you can see directly on the product page of the article.
As a rule, stock items leave our Swiss warehouse within 24 hours.
Ordered goods
If an item is currently not in stock, the expected delivery time until it arrives at your home is displayed below the price. We have no or very little influence on this time period, as it is the stated delivery times on the part of the manufacturer. If there are any delays, we will of course keep you informed about the current status of your order.
Delivery time
The delivery time from our Swiss warehouse is usually 1-2 business days. For freight forwarding shipments this period is longer and is also shown on the product page below the price (e.g. in 7-12 working days at your home). Normally, the stated delivery times are met.
Please note: We have little or no influence on the transport time, especially for freight forwarding deliveries, as we commission external service providers with the delivery.
Special delivery locations
Packstation:
If you are registered with PickPost or MyPost24, you can also have your order delivered to a Packstation of your choice.
Please note that selected products, such as furniture, can sometimes not be delivered to a Packstation due to their size.
Delivery to a desired address:
In the order process you have the choice to have your order delivered to any desired address. The billing and delivery address does not have to be the same.
International shipping
The indicated prices and shipping costs are valid for Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. Shipping to other countries is possible. Please contact our customer service, we are happy to help you in this regard.
