The frying pans in the CLASSIC series have the famous SCANPAN non-stick coating, which means, among other things, that you can fry without grease. The handle of the pan is equipped with a patented locking system that does not use screws or rivets. This ensures that the handle will not loosen over time. The pan and handle can withstand oven heating of up to 260 °. For a long life, we recommend washing the pan with conventional detergents and rapid heating and cooling should be avoided.

During the manufacturing process, recycled aluminum is first melted and then hand-filled into molds before the pans and pots are pressed at 250 tons of pressure. This unique die-casting process ensures even heat distribution, guaranteeing a superior cooking experience. Exceptional quality and high standards in the production process do not come by chance - they are the result of years of experience and first-class expertise. Many of SCANPAN's employees have been working on the production floor for 20 years and therefore have valuable know-how and excellent knowledge with regard to production methods and quality controls.
